With the support of university experts who are members of the IVADO organization, the AI platform project aims to become a benchmark in the acquisition of AI knowledge at the upper secondary level. This initiative is taking shape in order to allow the next generation to face the IT challenges of the 20th century.

With the set of multimedia applications of its e-learning platform, Aviation Connection broadcasts its AI Studies Program to upper secondary science teachers in Quebec. This initiative makes it possible to extend the promotion of a scientific culture and innovation among the next generation and those who guide them: the teachers.

This is the start of a great collaboration with St-Justine Hospital

November 4, 2020: This is the start of a great collaboration with St-Justine Hospital.

Little 12-year-old Peter will not be able to take his aeronautic lessons at St-Laurent school; he must undergo chemo treatments at St-Justine Hospital. No problem ! Peter gets ahead thanks to the mobile simulator delivered to his hospital room and the lessons given via ZOOM. Peter prepares to fly aboard a Cessna 172 as soon as he has completed his courses and treatments.

We would like to thank Marie-Pierre Bastien, Head of care and services for the Hematology-Oncology hospitalization department, who facilitated the introduction of the mobile simulator unit.

The simulator is here to stay! This first experience allowed us to realize that the STEM program, with its simulator, represents a great opportunity for young patients to free themselves, to distract themselves during an extremely difficult and demanding period, physically and mentally. In addition, these young people will come out with aviation knowledge that they would never have considered acquiring.

We hope this initiative will bring comfort to young people and families during this difficult time.
